Lars Willum is an accomplished culinary chef who has worked at some of the finest country inns and restaurants on Cape Breton Island. He produces, and is the host of the popular cooking show Be My Guest, highlighting the food, cultures, and communities of Cape Breton Island. He has appeared regularly as a guest on CBC Radio’s Maritime Noon culinary phone-in, and for several years wrote a weekly food column for Transcontinental Media.Lars has represented Canada and Nova Scotia at food expos in Belgium, Iceland, and Holland. He has also served as a judge at several international food festivals. Lars is the author of the cookbook Sea Food Through My Eyes, available in both eBook and print formats and Festive Flavours.
