Books are returnable after 3 months and before 9 months from the date of invoice. Returns must be shipped prepaid; include the invoice number or provide a copy of the original invoice. You will receive a credit toward the purchase of future books equal to what you paid for the original order (exclusive shipping costs). To receive credit future purchases must be placed within 6 months.

We reserve the right to limit returns and credits to a maximum of 50% of the original order (exclusive shipping) that exceed 10 units per invoice. For example: The original order was for 10 books (units) at $21.95 less 40% retailer discount + 5% HST = $138.28 (or $13.80 per book). Six books were returned at the value of $82.92 (6 x $13.80). A credit of $82.92 will be applied to the next order of books from Boularderie Island Press placed within 6 months,

Books that are shopworn, marked, stamped, or in any way rendered unsaleable will not be accepted. Your email should include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
